旅游开放是弘扬传统文化的有力手段，但在旅游开放过程中也会带来一定的安全风险。作业风险分析法（TRA）是一种较为系统、全面的风险分析方法。本研究根据文物保护单位旅游服务内容，利用TRA法辨识了文物保护单位旅游开放服务过程中的潜在风险，分析了风险产生的原因及后果，提出了改进和控制风险的措施。结合文物保护单位风险管理项目案例，介绍了风险分析在建立风险管理模式、确定重点管控环节、制定岗位风险告知卡、完善安全制度及规程方面的应用。

Tourism opening is a powerful means to promote traditional culture, but it will bring tourism risks, while TRA is a systematic and comprehensive risk analysis method. According to the content of open services of cultural heritage sites, TRA method was used to identify the potential risks in the process of open services of cultural heritage sites, analyze the causes and consequences of the risks, and propose the measures to improve and control the risks. Combined with the risk management project cases of cultural relics protection sites, this study introduced the application of risk analysis in establishing a risk management model, determining key management and control links, formulating post risk notification cards, and improving safety systems and procedures.
